2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification
4.1 Registration Requirements
To register a me903 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change.
4.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered me903 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different device fingerprints, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me903 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity occurring under your Account will be your responsibility. You must notify me903 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Documentation
Before withdrawal privileges are activated, me903 requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID);
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document;
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate); and
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered name) if required.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for the purpose of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance under the Philippine AMLA and its implementing regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary restriction of Account features.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
me903 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Supported payment methods are subject to change; current options are displayed in the me903 account cashier section.
5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as follows: GCash and PayMaya deposits post instantly; bank transfers may take up to one banking day. The Company does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own fees.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- The Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
- Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for verified accounts in good standing;
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible;

5.4 Currency

6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 From time to time, me903 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated in the promotion details.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. me903 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and Account Balances, and to terminate Accounts, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to reduce wagering requirement exposure, using a VPN to claim geo-restricted offers, or coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion.
6.4 Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash directly or transferred between Accounts.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already met the applicable wagering requirements, accrued winnings that qualify for withdrawal will not be affected.
7 Gameplay & Betting Rules
7.1 Game Rules. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before wagering.

7.5 Malfunction Policy. 8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on me903 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or providing false information during registration;
- Allowing any other person to access or use your Account;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the platform;
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer games;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other conduct in violation of the Philippine AMLA or its implementing regulations;
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose under Philippine law;
- Attempting to access the Account of another Player or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing me903 staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Accessing me903 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions;
- Engaging in charge-back fraud or initiating unauthorized payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider after knowingly placing and losing wagers.
9 Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the me903 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics and animations, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the me903 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the me903 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of the Company.
10 Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 The Company collects, processes, stores, and discloses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 me903 processes personal data for purposes including account management, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications to which you have consented.
10.3 The Company complies with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You have rights regarding your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to access, correct, object to, and in certain circumstances, erase your personal data.
10.4 The Company will share your data with PAGCOR and other Philippine government authorities as required under applicable law and the Company's regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering reporting obligations.
11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 me903 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account;
- Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts to notify you of your total session duration;
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all gaming activity for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period;

12 Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Company's Right to Suspend or Terminate. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to void bets and withhold or forfeit balances, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith;
- Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
- Discovery that the Player is accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Any other circumstance where the Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or violates applicable law.
12.2 Player's Right to Close Account. You may request closure of your me903 Account at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to AML verification. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-locked balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable requirements have been met.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated self-exclusion, the Company will not re-open the Account during the exclusion period under any circumstances, including at the Player's own request.
13 Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of me903 — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your real-money deposits made to your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, special loss, incidental loss, or consequential loss of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
13.3 The Company does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.4 The me903 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
14 Dispute Resolution
14.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your me903 experience, you must first submit your complaint in writing to me903 support. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aims to provide a substantive response within ten business days. Complex complaints involving disputed transactions may take longer; you will be informed of the expected resolution timeline.
14.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, and your complaint relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, the Company is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
14.3 Limitation Period. Any claim arising from or in connection with your use of me903 must be submitted to the internal complaints process within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
14.4 Game outcome disputes based on alleged software malfunction must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant game session. After this period, all game results are considered final and accepted.
15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the me903 platform, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Article 14.
16 Amendments to These Terms
16.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the me903 platform, with reasonable notice before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Continued use of the me903 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Article 12.2.
